I was born and raised in a small town in Cuenca-Ecuador.  I immigrated to the United States when I was 18 and I began my work in the food industry.  I started at the bottom and finished as a banquet chef for a very exclusive country club.  While my work was fulfilling, I still felt the need to pursue other adventures in real estate and more recently as a day trader stock investor.  While still adhering to my job in the hospitality field, I also endeavored to feed the entrepreneurial aspect of my personality.  I know that I am here for a purpose and I want to fulfill it – and that is, to help people overcome obstacles and truly embrace a life that has meaning for them.

 

Not long ago, I was introduced to the John Maxwell Team and I embraced this venture because my main passion is to invest in people by teaching-coaching them how to become all that they were created to be.  It excites me to see the potential in individuals and encourage them to pursue their dreams as I did.  Leadership is demonstrated in every aspect of life, from personal ambitions in the way we lead our lives and how we deal with our families and also in a business sense – how we interact with colleagues and clients to create the most beneficial environment.   I am fluent in English and Spanish and I embrace the opportunity to explore every avenue of this growth journey with you.
