Tom has lead teams and overseen systems most of his business career and believes that you must lead yourself well and to serve those you influence. His goals are simple, to help develop world-class leaders that make a difference in their workplace and their communities
Tom is a coach, speaker, trainer with the John Maxwell Team and can also assist you in maintaining personal and family goals and life strategies. His ten years of working with families and individuals as the Counseling/Life Guidance Pastor in a large church in New Jersey has provided valuable experience for life situations that you may experience.
